Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only if notified within the two days of the initial service.

Late Cancellations: We understand that life happens - but out of respect for our stylists' time and our other clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. When booking, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled service will result in your deposit becoming non-refundable.

 

No Shows:  Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without providing any notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are subject to a charge of 100% of the total booked service to the card on file. Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay for all future appointments or being dismissed as a client.

 

CHILDREN POLICY- At Morgen Holly Hair, we strive to create a relaxing and peaceful environment for all of our guests. To ensure everyone's comfort and safety, we welcome children by appointment only. Please note that our salon is not equipped to provide a safe space for children, and we want to maintain a calm atmosphere for all guests to enjoy their experience. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly for your little ones and schedule appointments in advance. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a serene environment for all.
